Letting agencies & private landlords typically require repairs following quarterly checks such as silicone in bathrooms, ceilings repaired after water damage, rotten door or window cills replaced or repaired etc. Also to decorate throughout in preparation for new tenants or replace fence panels after high winds, New flooring (laminate, real wood, Vinyl), replace doors... the list goes on.
Private customers usually want decorating, replace rotten floors in conservatories, water damaged ceilings again, Garage door frames repaired, New fascias & soffits, guttering, new kitchens, new bathrooms, fences & this list goes on & on, so best to look, chat & take it from there.

If it can be done then i will. But if you want a botch job you will need to call someone else.
If it's beyond economical & would be cheaper or better to rip out & start again i will tell you.
